Road safety deserves all the attention it receives, as we saw with the latest spell of tragedies on Quebec roads.

Reducing the number of road accidents is above all a matter of education, of altering behaviour. Avoiding future tragedies will only come from endogenous solutions, from the striking of an unwritten covenant among all road users, especially young ones.
